Maid services, turnover teams, move-out specialists, and janitorial crews run different days. The software fits each one.
Recurring homes, the same cleaner each visit, keys and alarm codes kept with the job.
Maid service softwareCheckout to check-in in hours. Linen counts, restock lists, and damage photos on every turn.
Airbnb cleaning softwareNightly and weekly contracts, multi-site routes, and proof your client can audit.
Janitorial softwareEvery part of the job shows up in the same place, in the same format. Scroll through a working day.
Revenue, jobs, and crew status update live as the day moves. No calls to ask where anyone is.
Scheduling and dispatchThe cleaner checks in at the address. GPS, time, and photos match the booking before anyone calls it done.
Proof of serviceCards at 2.2% + $0.25. Bank transfer at 1%. The fee is printed on every payment, before the payout lands.
PaymentsEach job carries its split. Tips pass through untouched, and payouts run from verified hours only.
Cleaner payoutsWrite the job note once, in English. Your cleaner reads it in Spanish, word for word, on the same screen.
Auto-translateCard on file, hold placed before the visit, fee charged if they vanish, and the slot offered to your waitlist.

From the first booking to the last payout, the day runs itself. Here is the shape of it.
The AI Receptionist texts the missed caller back in under a minute and books a recurring Friday clean. It is on the board before you open your eyes.
Every cleaner opens the app to their jobs, addresses, gate codes, and notes in English or Spanish. No group text, no screenshot of a spreadsheet.
Rosa checks in at the Hendersons. GPS matches the address, the timer starts, and the client gets a quiet note that their clean is under way.
Before and after photos attach to the job record. The client sees them, rates the clean, and the card on file is charged.
The day totals $1,240. Cleaner splits are calculated from verified time, tips included in full, and payouts are queued for Friday.
Assign the jobs and the board draws the day: stops in order, drive time between them, and a live pin on every crew.

This is the map a Glen Oaks cleaning company works from: live cleaner pins across eight nearby ZIP codes, real streets, and check-ins tied to each address.
Locations update while a cleaner is on a job and pause between jobs. Clients only ever see their own cleaner.
The interactive map could not load here. The ZIP list above still shows every area and crew.
Sample data
Cleaning business software pricing should not punish hiring. CrewRegister is $49 a month for the whole company, unlimited cleaners, with a fair-use cap of 400 jobs a month stated up front.

Plus card processing at 2.2% + $0.25 per transaction. Bank transfer at 1%. No setup fee, no contract. How payments and fees work
One flat $49 per month for the whole business, with unlimited cleaners and unlimited office users. The only cap is a fair-use limit of 400 jobs per month. Card payments cost 2.2% + $0.25 per transaction, and bank transfer costs 1%.
No. There is no per-user fee. Hire your 5th cleaner or your 50th and the software bill stays $49 per month. Growing your team should grow your revenue, not your software bill.
For $29 per month, it texts back missed calls in under a minute and books jobs after hours. A call at 9 PM becomes a clean on the calendar instead of a customer you never meet.
The cleaner checks in from the job address. The app records the GPS location and time, matches them to the booked address, and attaches before and after photos to the job. The customer and the owner see the same record.
Yes. Job notes and checklists translate between English and Spanish automatically, and the cleaner app works offline at the job and syncs when the phone has signal again.
Every booking keeps a card on file. A hold is placed before the visit, and if the customer no-shows, your cancellation fee is charged to that card and the open slot is offered to your waitlist.

One plan: $49 a month, flat, for the whole business. Unlimited cleaners, unlimited office users, every core feature included.
The fair-use cap is 400 jobs per month, stated here in the open. Card payments run 2.2% + $0.25, bank transfer 1%, through our payments partner. The AI Receptionist is the only add-on, at $29 a month.
Move the sliders. The flat plan stays flat while the per-user example climbs with every hire.

$49 / month, flat
2.2% + $0.25 per card payment
Yes, for the software. On top of the $49 you pay payment processing when a customer pays you: 2.2% + $0.25 on cards, 1% on bank transfer. The AI Receptionist is an optional $29 add-on. There is no setup fee and no per-user charge.
One plan covers up to 400 completed jobs per month, which is far past what most crews run. If you grow beyond it, talk to us before you hit the cap and we will sort out a fair arrangement. The cap is on jobs, never on people.
A free plan usually means the price hides somewhere else: per-user fees, paywalled GPS, or processing markups. We charge one honest price and keep the processing rate low instead. The 14-day trial is free and needs no card.
Yes. CrewRegister works as scheduling and proof of service on its own. Most owners move payments over because 2.2% beats a typical 2.9% + $0.30, and saved cards transfer securely through our payments partner.
At $29 per user, a 12-person crew pays $348 a month before processing. On CrewRegister the same crew pays $49. The calculator above runs the numbers for your team size and card volume.
No. It is month to month. Cancel from your billing page, keep access until the end of the paid month, and export your client list and job history whenever you like.
Home/Payments
Cards cost 2.2% + $0.25 per transaction. Bank transfer costs 1%. Every fee is printed on the payment it belongs to.
Invoices send themselves when a job is verified done. The card on file is charged, the fee is shown, and the payout timing is stated before the money moves, through our payments partner.
Most processors bury the fee in a monthly statement. CrewRegister prints it on every single payment: amount, method, fee, net, and when the payout lands.
See the payments featureVisa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Charged only when a job completes, never at booking, unless you set a no-show hold.
Best for recurring clients. Set it up once and each visit pulls automatically at a third of the card cost on a typical invoice.
Card payments land in your bank in 2 business days, bank transfers in 3 to 5. The date is shown on every payment.
Cards are 2.2% + $0.25 per transaction. Bank transfer (ACH) is 1% with no per-transaction fee. There is no monthly processing minimum and no statement fee.
The customer is charged when the job is verified complete. Card payouts reach your bank in 2 business days; bank transfer payouts in 3 to 5 business days. Every payment shows its payout date.
Yes. Tips are never split and never used to offset fees. The cleaner sees the tip on their payout line for that job.
The client gets a polite text and email with a link to update the card, and the invoice retries automatically. You see the status on the job, so nothing fails quietly.
Card rules and state rules differ, so check your state's rules before adding any surcharge. Most owners simply price the clean to cover a 2.2% fee, which is smaller than the fee they were already paying at 2.9%.
